    1 more rep has taken my daughter's fitness level to a whole NEW LEVEL!!! The moment my daughter met Joe during a group session for her field hockey school team. She couldn’t stop raving about how motivating and inspiring he was. He pushed her during those sessions bc he believed in this girl who needs to fight a little harder than the average girl her age. Though he didn’t let her size of shape stop her. We then decided to do one on ones with Joe and that’s when we saw major shifts in the level of an athlete my daughter is becoming! With Joe by her side pushing and believing in her, she is going to crush her goals and prove not only to herself that she is enough but to those who didn’t believe in her bc her size and shape was different than the average girl her age!
