1MR is a 19,000 sq. foot Sports Performance Training facility which houses a 32-yard indoor turf field, and an upstairs turf area, contains three major strength training areas over two levels within the facility (inclusive of a Vertimax machine, squat rack platforms; cable towers, hack squat, GHD machine, boxing areas, sleds, medicine balls, bands, and a very wide variety of dumbbells and kettlebells. Not to mention our 2nd floor Observation Deck and Level Up Healthy Café!
